Hunter Fan 28484 60-Inch Fellini Ceiling Fan, Cocoa
[info]blackfriday2010
Bought this 60 Inch Ceiling Fans after scouring the internet and catalogs for something unique for our Craftsman style home. Assembly was fine, but it's heavy- the ball pendant weighs a bit. I suggest 2 people for safe assembly.

The fan with just 2 blades is visually appealing. Does not blow wind that strongly, even on the highest setting, so if you're looking for something that will literally 'blow you away', this may fall a little short. However, it's great for the bedroom or other place that just needs some air circulation.

All in all, a great purchase and a strong feature in our master bedroom. Amazon had the cheapest price when we purchased it.

Hunter Fan 18865 60-Inch Limited Edition Ceiling Fan, Midas Black
[info]blackfriday2010
We picked this 60 Inch Ceiling Fan for its looks. We are rebuilding an 1868 victorian and every piece we select has to fit two criteria: fit the spirit of the rehab and be unusual. This product, with its two blades and spherical, rotating motor housing certainly met the criteria. The great surprise is how well built it is. The unit weighs at least 20 lbs due to its cast iron structure, which affords it great stability. It feels like it will still be around in 150 years... It's also very smooth and quiet. The instructions could be a little clearer but with a little thinking, it was easy to assemble in about 20 minutes.

Looks good, easy to install, but the light shade it's been hold by just a cheaper metal strips, when you turn on this 70 Inch Ceiling Fans shakes and make a annoying noise that you can't sleep, or in the day I'm worry that this fan could fall down, I have to return it because couldn't balance it, I used 2 sets of balancing weights and shakes a lot, so the best way was return it.
there's better options, I get an IMAP Midway Eco Oil Rubbed Bronze, that include a remote control, and bought a wall control, I am so happy now.

Hunter Fan 23963 70-Inch Stockbridge Ceiling Fan, New Bronze
[info]blackfriday2010
I purchased this 70 Inch Ceiling Fan from Lowe's last week. I replaced a Harbor Breeze fan that died in fourteen months. (Lowe's did issue full credit on the Harbor Breeze fan.

This is a good fan. The installation was pretty straight forward. I have to take issue with any one that says they installed this fan in one hour. I consider my self a good do it your self kind of guy and with "ALL" the tools and above average skill. The fan was up in two and a half hours.

Westinghouse 7801620 Comet 52-Inch Ceiling Fan, Matte Black

After buying new leather furniture for our dark living room, all it needed was a new 52 Inch Ceiling Fans. The old one was ugly, noisy and didn't have a light. This new one exceeded our expectations. It is good looking, I like the globe rather than individual lights, and it is very quiet. Now I can't wait for summer to use the fan. Now we won't have to turn the TV up to compensate for the noisy fan. It is perfect!

Hunter Fans 21434 52" Sonora Traditional Energy Star New Bronze Ceiling Fan w/ Light & Blades

We purchased 2 of these after buying a couple Hunter 52 Inch Ceiling Fan in the past. These are top quality fans, both in looks and built quality. Even on high, you can barely hear them. The half globe instead of the 4 individual lights make it look a bit more 'normal' instead of your typical ceiling fan which is a nice touch. The CFL bulb is also nice for the energy conscience consumer.

this is massive when measuring from wing tip to wing tip. around 8ft! would look best on an extended height ceiling due to it's size. very cartoon-ish looking. had an artist friend paint over all of it to make it look realistic. now it is fantastic. definitely have to add high grade glue to keep the wings from falling down. has NO lights. we added tiny lights to the underside of the wings to look like part of the landing gear. had a sky mural painted to the 48 Inch Ceiling Fans along with a "smoke trail" coming out the back of the plane. it is a show stopper now!!!

Bought one of these for my pilot husband. EVeryone loves it. So quiet. Doesn't hum or wobble at all. The nose light sets it off. A little pricey but the positive comments are worth it.

Have had this product for 4 years 48 Inch Ceiling Fan now and it still works and looks as good as the day we put it up. And we're still getting lots of compliments on the originality of it. Highly recommend this product.

The quality of this product is consistent with what I have grown to expect from Hunter - Excellent. Clear instructions, not difficult to install. (The "five minute install" is more hype than reality for most who would purchase this fan.) The fan is attractive, quiet, effective, and can be installed with low profile option. If I need another 44 Inch Ceiling Fans it will be a Hunter.
